Every rug cleaning includes a thorough vacuuming of both sides, pre-treatment with kid- and pet-safe soaps, targeted stain treatment using professional-grade solvents, and hot water extraction with a neutralizing rinse. This process leaves your rug pH-balanced and helps prevent rapid re-soiling.

For rugs that are heavily soiled, stained, or have deeply embedded dirt, we recommend our immersion rug cleaning. This service is done off site where the rug is immersed in cleaning chemicals and gentry scrubbed to release embedded dirt. This might be recommended for extra fragile rugs or higher quality rugs of a certain material.
